Making Connections to Treatment
This session covers best practices in connecting people to effective mental health treatment programs, prioritizing resources for high-risk groups and those nearing release, and encouraging community-based aftercare will ensure better outcomes for people released from prisons and jails, and the communities to which they return.

Throughout his career, he has led strategic planning, treatment and policy development, and training. He has also led systems change initiatives that help mental health and substance abuse service providers promote collaboration and build service capacity in support of diverse populations.
